Content Policy

Scope and adults only

This policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated content and use of Tatvela. You must be 18 or older. You must have the appropriate rights and necessary consent for uploaded artwork and real-person images.

Allowed tattoo contexts

Lawful tattoo concepts can include skulls, swords, dragons, demons and monsters, non-graphic horror or combat, scar cover-ups, and religious or cultural designs. Non-sexual adult arm, leg, shoulder or back photos for placement are not inherently prohibited. Context and applicable law still matter.

Sexual content and minors

Do not request or upload explicit sexual acts, genital close-ups, pornography or sexualized nudity. Sexual content, sexualization or private nude imagery involving minors is prohibited, including attempts involving sexualized childlike characters.

Consent and real people

Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, unauthorized private photographs, abusive impersonation and non-consensual manipulation of real people are prohibited. Do not infringe copyright, privacy or other rights.

Violence, hate and unlawful activity

Extreme gore, dismemberment, torture and severe mutilation are prohibited. Do not create terrorist propaganda, recruitment or glorification, or hateful propaganda or dehumanization targeting protected groups. Unlawful creation or distribution and assistance with serious illegal activity are prohibited.

Enforcement and appeals

Tatvela may refuse requests, limit abuse or suspend service, and retain the minimum safety records required by law. Send reports or appeals to [email protected]. We do not promise individual human review of every prompt, image or result.

AI-provider filters are distinct from any independent Tatvela review. A provider block can reflect its own restrictions and does not itself establish that a user acted unlawfully. Credit handling follows the task's applicable billing rules. This policy does not claim complete automated screening or labeling of all content.
