Service and eligibility

Tatvela provides AI tattoo planning and design tools. You must be at least 18 to register, upload images, use cloud generation or either Preview mode, or purchase Credits.

Designs, stencils, previews and artist briefs are creative references. Ask a qualified tattoo artist to assess size, placement and feasibility before tattooing. Tatvela does not provide medical advice or guarantee tattoo safety or healing outcomes.

Account responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure and tell support about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share or sell accounts, commit fraud, bypass service limits or abuse the service.

Your uploads and permissions

You retain the rights you already hold in uploaded content and must have the rights and necessary consent to provide it, including real-person photographs. Do not upload unauthorized private images or sexualized or private nude images of minors.

You grant Tatvela and necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to process your requests, perform AI inference, store, generate and display content, conduct safety review, provide support, prevent abuse and comply with law. This permission does not transfer ownership of your uploads.

AI results

Tatvela does not claim ownership of generated results. Personal or commercial use remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights and applicable service terms. Results may resemble other works; uniqueness, copyright protection and non-infringement are not guaranteed. Check rights independently for important commercial uses.

AI content may require labels, metadata or other disclosure under applicable law or platform rules. You are responsible for disclosures required for your use. This statement does not mean all current Tatvela outputs contain a watermark or provenance metadata.

Credits and payments

Credits are a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Purchased Credits are valid for 18 months from payment completion. Available packs and applicable charges are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Taxes depend on billing location; review the final tax and total before paying. Your purchase retains the Credits and conditions recorded for that order, even if packs later change. Confirming current service policies does not replace the entitlements or applicable transaction terms of an earlier purchase.

Paddle processes payments. A payment confirmation and Credit delivery may occur at different times. Check the status of the particular order and contact support if Credits remain pending; do not repurchase merely because delivery is pending.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and requests are described in the Refund Policy linked below. Mandatory consumer protections and applicable Paddle buyer terms are unaffected.

Availability and failed requests

AI providers, networks and storage can be interrupted or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular creative result. Credit reservations, releases and charges follow the applicable task's billing rules; a user Credit release does not determine whether an AI provider charged Tatvela.

Acceptable use and suspension

Follow the Content Policy linked below. Serious breach, fraud, abuse or security risks may result in refusal of requests, restrictions, suspension or termination. Contact support to report a problem or request review.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the consumer’s habitual residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction at the operator’s domicile, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
